Go way way bigger with the movement:This reads like a static pose. Exaggeration is the principle here and games animation tends to be much broader than most forms. It's always easy to dampen down action that is too big, than to amp up something too small so go big by default. Finally, large relationship changes are easier to assess, making the job of animating easier.
